Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Daydal app (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was developed and is maintained by kwlee (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
kwlee is an independent developer distributing software applications under the name “kwlee.” Any revenue-generating activities, such as advertisements or in-app purchases, are operated under the responsibility of the developer account kwlee who holds the legal account for such services.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
License of Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the Application or its content;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
- Use the Application in a way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain with the Service Provider.
Monetization and Advertisements
The Application may display third-party advertisements or offer optional in-app purchases. These monetization features help support the continued development and maintenance of the Application.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob may serve personalized ads based on anonymized usage data and mobile identifiers (e.g., AAID or IDFA). These services do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Responsibility for Device Use
You are solely responsible for how you use the Application on your device. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or malfunction resulting from:
- Use on rooted or jailbroken devices;
- Use in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
- Unauthorized modifications to the Application.
The Service Provider recommends using the Application on unmodified, officially supported devices only.
Use of Third-Party Services
The Application may utilize third-party services for analytics, advertising, or crash reporting, including:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
- Google AdMob
These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service.
Updates and Termination
The Application may be updated periodically to improve performance or introduce new features. You agree to accept these updates as a condition of continued use.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.
Violation of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your license to use the Application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Korea.
